Colors this Sunday are the green of leaves and the red of blood. I show the collage polarized as the sample picture. We went to our Restoration Village today, roaming around the County Fair. This year was the 173. Long Island Fair. The barn is from there. There was music, horses, craftsmen, elephants, farm animals and various old professions on display like black smith, tinsmith, weaving and so on. Displays of farm product, quilts, plants, and photographs. My neighbor Gisela had won two third prices with her German apple pie and with a little doll house occupied with little bears. Last year she won 1st prize with her quilt. She was urging me to attend with my photos but I was reluctant. Fear of competition. This is the firts year when they also displayed photos for competition. No more, I don’t want to sound conceited but next year I will attend and will bring a price home! The quality was not that special yet the prices are pretty good! More of these colors can be found here.
